Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for most eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity, the following items are not refundable (unless they arrive damaged/defective or we shipped the wrong item):

Items marked “Final Sale”

Personal care items or other sealed goods once opened (if applicable)

Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or accidental damage after delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

The shipping label (if possible)
We will review the request and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the situation and stock availability.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, or damaged in transit), we will cover return shipping or send a replacement at no additional cost.

For returns due to customer preference (changed mind, ordered wrong item, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping charges paid at checkout are generally non-refundable, unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges
We may offer exchanges depending on inventory availability. If you need a different item, contact us and we’ll help you choose the best option. In some cases, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
