Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email (if tracking is available for your shipping method).
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Marked as delivered but not received: Check around your property, with neighbors, and with your local carrier office. If still missing, contact us.

Lost packages: If tracking does not update for an extended period or the package appears lost, contact us and we will assist.
Kerygma.shop is not responsible for carrier delays, theft after delivery, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses. However, we will do our best to help you resolve the situation with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

Take photos of the package and the item(s) immediately.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and photos so we can assist you quickly.
We may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation and item availability.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship items separately to ensure faster delivery or due to inventory availability. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers.
Returns Related to Shipping
If you initiate a return, the original shipping cost is generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective item, etc.). Return rules are explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
